* Farm tour NZ$120 (includes 2 adults and 2 children'. Please contact direct if wanting a larger group.
* Accommodation from NZ$399 for 2 Adults (includes a farm tour), a scrummy dinner, bed AND breakfast, both meals from farm produce. Can accommodate up to 3 Adults or a family of 2 adults and 2 children (under ager of 12).
Your booking will be our only booking at the time of your stay or tour.

ABOUT US
We designed our home over twenty years ago, creating a haven on the family farm that I, Marie, grew up on. Penhaven sits upon 20 acres where we farm beef animals and have a gorgeous menagerie of pets.

Our large spray-free vegetable garden produces a variety of vegetables, and we have a selection of fruit trees providing seasonal fruits. Preserving the fruits and vegetables keeps our pantry well stocked through the seasons.

We have a true love for our land and animals, and a true respect and caring way for the environment.

YOUR STAY and TOUR
Enjoy strolling around the extensive flower gardens with a picturesque backdrop of the farm. Unwind with birds singing and the beautiful Tararua Ranges providing a stunning view with their changing colours throughout the day. Come and experience life on the farm.
THE
TOUR
At Penhaven (small haven) you will be given a personalized farm tour to meet the friendly farm animals and learn about life on the farm. You will actually go into the paddocks to meet the friendly farm animals! There are opportunities to collect freshly laid eggs from the hen house, harvest seasonal fruit and vegetables, feed and pet our beloved four legged farm friends. Along the way learning about becoming more self sustainable and being eco-friendly and environmentally conscientious.
THE
ROOMS
We have a lovely spacious farm home with two lounges for you to enjoy the farm from. Two bedrooms are available - a double room featuring a queen sized bed and a single room with a single bed including the option of a foldaway bed for an extra person (up to the age of 12 years). The rooms are privately positioned with a separate bathroom, shower and toilet for your sole use.
Please respect that Penhaven is a smoke free farm.
THE
MEALS
Relax in the evening and have a home cooked dinner with Marie and Paul. Enjoy sitting and chatting while taking in the breathtaking views from the large floor to ceiling windows of the farm and the Tararua Ranges. In the morning you will be treated to a delicious continental breakfast using produce from the farm.
